Your report should be useful after the inspection too

After we walk through the home together, you’ll receive a digital Spectora report within 24 hours. I use this format because it makes it easy to go back through what we talked about without having to sort through pages of dense text.

The report is organized by area of the home and includes photos with the findings, along with information about what I observed and what I recommend doing next. You can view it on your phone, tablet, or computer, and download a PDF if you prefer to keep a copy that way. You’ll also be able to quickly review the more important findings.

The idea is pretty simple: I want the report to remind you of what we talked about at the house and give you something useful to refer to later.
