Home Inspections in Pacific County

I provide professional home inspections throughout Pacific County, including Raymond, South Bend, Long Beach, Ilwaco and the surrounding communities.

From coastal homes to older properties and homes on larger rural lots, I’ll give the property a close look and explain what I find in straightforward terms.

Homes From the Coast to the Harbor

Pacific County includes coastal communities, historic homes, rural properties and established neighborhoods around Raymond and South Bend.

Wind, rain, moisture and salt-air exposure can take a toll on a home over time, making roofing, siding, drainage, crawlspaces and other exterior components important areas to examine.

A Few Things I Pay Close Attention to Around Pacific County

Roofing, flashing, siding, trim and exterior penetrations help protect the structure from wind-driven rain and our wet coastal weather.

Accessible crawlspaces are checked for visible moisture, damaged materials, insulation concerns and other conditions that may need attention.

I look at visible grading and drainage around the home for conditions that may direct water toward the structure or contribute to moisture concerns.

Properties closer to the coast can experience corrosion on exposed metal components and fasteners. I look for visible deterioration as part of the inspection.
