If your newly built home is approaching the end of its builder warranty, I can inspect it for visible defects or concerns that you may want documented before the warranty period ends.

Manufactured homes have their own construction methods, systems and inspection considerations.

I'll inspect the accessible components of the home and help you understand any conditions that may need maintenance, repair or additional evaluation.

Some lender (HUD, FHA, VA, USDA) may require a manufactured home to have an engineering certification confirming that the foundation is permanent and meets applicable federal requirements.

Inspector Bravo works in partnership with Hayman Engineering as a field technician. Once your certification is ordered, I will visit the property to collect the required measurements and photographs. That information is then submitted to Hayman Engineering, who reviews the documentation and issues the engineering certificate.
