I provide home inspections throughout Grays Harbor, Thurston, Pacific, Lewis and Mason Counties. Every property is different, so I’ll help you choose the inspection and add-on services that make sense for what you’re buying.
-
I'll inspect the home's accessible systems and components, including the roof, exterior, structure, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, attic, insulation, crawlspace, interior and other visible components.
Infrared scan included.
-
Planning to sell? A pre-listing inspection can help you understand what a buyer's inspector may find before the home goes on the market, giving you time to decide what you want to repair, maintain, disclose or simply be prepared to discuss.
-
Construction phase inspections give you another set of eyes on the home while it's being built. Depending on the stage of construction, I can look for visible installation or construction concerns before they're covered up or become harder to address.
-
For building owners and property investors: I'll inspect the property's accessible systems and components, including structural elements, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, common areas, and building envelope. Call me to come up with a plan that fits your objectives.
-
If your newly built home is approaching the end of its builder warranty, I can inspect it for visible defects or concerns that you may want documented before the warranty period ends.
-
Manufactured homes have their own construction methods, systems and inspection considerations.
I'll inspect the accessible components of the home and help you understand any conditions that may need maintenance, repair or additional evaluation.
-
HUD and FHA lender requirements mandate that a manufactured home must have an engineering certification that the foundation is permanent and meets federal requirements.
If your lender needs this certification I can collect the required measurements and photos to submit to your engineering company.
