Before becoming a home inspector, I spent more than 15 years as a general contractor doing residential remodeling. A big part of that work was guiding homeowners through their options, whether I was doing the work for them or showing them how to approach a project themselves.

I've always enjoyed explaining how houses are put together, how the systems work, and what actually needs attention. That same approach is a big part of how I inspect homes today.

I've been inspecting homes professionally for almost five years, and I started Inspector Bravo LLC to give clients more than a list of findings. I want you to understand what I'm seeing, how important it is, and what your options are.

Some things are routine maintenance. Some may be projects you're comfortable handling yourself. Others are better left to a qualified professional, and some need attention sooner than others. I'll help you understand the difference.

Everyone comes into an inspection with a different level of experience, so I try to meet you where you are. I'll answer your questions, explain what I'm seeing, and give you useful information so you have a clearer idea of what to do next.

When I’m not inspecting:

I grew up in London and Spain, which is why I speak Spanish fluently. These days, my wife and I live on some farmland near Montesano with our six cats. There's usually a project going on around the house, and I've been planting more fruit trees than I probably need. I also serve my community as a volunteer firefighter and EMT.
