I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Gregory was simply a delight to work with. Professional, accommodating, and, my word, thorough. Homes are some of the largest investments one can make and it is SO reassuring to have an inspector who knows their trade extremely well, is hyper vigilant, and eloquently communicative. He doggedly sniffed out presumably every issue that could be found and compiled an extensive, thorough, but easy to follow report that was delivered quite promptly.

I can rest easy for the safety of my family knowing that Gregory looked at my prospective homes and shown a light on items a lesser inspector would have missed.
