A sewer scope uses a camera to look inside the accessible portion of the sewer or septic line.

I'll look for visible concerns such as damage, root intrusion, blockage, offsets or other conditions that may warrant cleaning, repair or further evaluation.

Sampling can provide additional information when there are concerns about possible mold or indoor air conditions. I'll help you understand when testing may be useful and what the results can and cannot tell you.

Water sampling is available for clients who want additional information about the property's water quality. I can test for bacteria and Nitrates with results in about 3 to 5 days. If a lead (metals) test is required the results could take up to a week.

This can be especially useful for properties served by private wells or when a particular water concern needs additional evaluation.
